Aids:To approach the relationship between Yupingfeng San and immunologic function of rats' photoaging skin;To provide a theoretical basis for Yupingfeng San delaying skin aging and Yiqi gubiao Fa being popularizated;To provide a new way for skin aging prevention and treatment,and a theoretical basis for the development of skin anti-aging Chinese herbs in the future.Method:At first,Established photoaging models of rats,treatment groups were fed by gavage administration with different proportions(Huangqi,Baizhu and Fangfengwere the ratio of 3/1/1,2/2/1 and 1/1/2) of Yupingfeng San decoction.Then,Determined the rats skin HYP contents,analysis the effects of Yu Ping Feng San on the aging rats' collagen content;Determined the rats' thymus index,analysis the effects of Yu Ping Feng San on the aging rats' thymuses;Did HE staining with their skin to observe the changes in the structure of skin tissue;at last,did immunohistochemistry staining to observe the changes of epidermal LC and Ia antigen expression.Result:Compared with the model group,all the three different proportions of Yupingfeng San could increase the contents of HYP to varying degrees, reduce inflammatory cell infiltrate,lighten vasodilatation,restrain sebaceous hyperplasia,increase the numbers of dermal papilla,recover the condition of collagen fiber;to varying degrees,raise the rat thymus index;increase the number of epidermal LC and Ia antigen expression compared with the model group,the number of epidermal LC in treatment groups are more and dendritic appearance are still exist.Taken together.Conclusion:The different proportions of Yupingfeng San,can effectively improve the photo aging rats' immune function and safeguard their immune system in skin,thus play its role in delaying skin aging.The group F whose proportion among HuangQi,BaiZhu and FangFeng is 1/1/2 has inferior effect;The group D with 3/1/1 proportion and group E with 2/2/1 proportion are both significant.
