| Objective: From the endocrine-immune system to look into the emotional factors sorrow emotion at the role of coronary heart disease. Methods: All selected cases according to Chinese Medicine Emotions Scale measure questionnaire of five emotions results into the sorrow emotion group, normal emotions group. Patients with coronary artery disease were observed in three factors which were plasma cortical levels, IL-6 levels, C-reactive protein levels and these dates would be analyzed statistically. Results: The sorrow emotion group, the normal emotions group cortical, IL-6 results have significant difference (P<0.05); C-reactive protein, the results showed no significant difference. Conclusion: The results of the sorrow emotion group patients with coronary heart disease showed the endocrine-immune system changes were in a higher level than that of normal emotions group, prompts the sorrow emotion group crowd internal secretion-immunity exceptionally one of for coronary disease pathogenesis.
