Schistosomiasis is a serious infectious disease that is hazard to the human health and socio-economic development. It's the unique disease in our country and Oncomelaniahupensis (snail) is the only intermediate host of Japanese schistosome. Obviously, controling the snail is a key technology to control the schistosomiasis and niclosamide is the only chemical molluscicidal recommended by WHO. Because of its ills which is toxicity to fish, higher prices and so on, developing a new kind of molluscicidal which is efficient, durable, safe and inexpensive has being the need of socio-economic development. . Component of snail control was extracted from SX,optimal conditions reaction of AChE,GPT,GOT and it's sensitive to molluscicidals were studied in this paper. These results were basic of new molluscicidals studied.1 Study on the purify and structure of SX3A new molluscicidal chemical substance,with the relative molecular weight of 721 and proportion of elements as has been extracted from SX by acid water,CCL and other methods,which named SX3.2 Study on the activity of SX3The purified sample of SX3 have lethality and inhibited of 100% against snails by immersing the snails for 24h at 200 mg/L. The inhibiting rate of 50 mg/L SX3 against Fusarium oxysporium , Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinereapers , Gibberella zeae , Dothiorella gregaria , Colletotrichum gossypii were 21.05, 21.37,18.52,26.09,24.53 and 4.55% respectively for 48 h. These results indicated that SX3 has effected on snails and bacterias.3 Study on the optimal conditions of AChE,GPT and GOT from Carassius auratus and Macrobrachium nipponenseThe results were obtained by L25(56) and indicated that the optimal conditions are different as the kind of enzymes and species. They provide methods for the mechanism of molluscicidals studied. 4 Study on the sensitive of AChE,GPT and GOT from Carassius auratus and Macrobrachium nipponense to moUuscicidalsThese results were tested under the optimal conditions. They indicated thatThe enzyme from the same species have different sensitive to different molluscicidals, on the other hand, the same molluscicidal has different effect on enzymes from different kind of species. Theses results have significant value on new kind of moUuscicidals studied.
