Purpose:Success in rats,do the cerebral hemorrhage(ICH of philips treated rats neurologic deficits symptoms),cerebral coefficient, water content,the brain tissue pathology change shape and plasma levels of nitric oxide(NO),and then discusses the impact of the (?)Puhuangtang ICH treated rats organization mechanism.Methods:1.clean level healthy adult male rats(SD),200g 300g- 35 rats random rats were divided into control group(n=5),model control group(n = 10),cerebral blood aokang group(n = 10),pu treated group(n = 10).2.stereotactic instrument technology by rats infuse typeⅦcollagen enzyme with heparin method,experimental intracerebral hemorrhage model of rats.JiaShouShu drilling in skull not only into drugs.Model control group,cerebral blood kang group,established ICH group were treated rats.3.JiaShouShu injected drug control,not after craniotomy gastric lavage distilled water two times per day,every time 3 ml,Model control group,after filling stomachs twice distilled water,every three days/ml,Kang group,cerebral blood the afterbrain blood kang suspension liquid filling stomachs 2 times per day,every time 3 ml,Pu treated group,the suspension liquid treated after pu lavage 2 times per day,every time 3 ml.After the water,irrigation,the stomach 4 d 5 days ends,take the brain death before 12 h fast,brain free drink.4.through the observation,the brain nerve function changes of water,the brain coefficient,ICH rats treated pu on the nervous system and function,ICH rats with pathological form of organization,a change of philips index ICH rats treated histopathologic influence,Using nitrate reductase enzymatic detection each group ICH rats plasma levels of nitric oxide(NO hope of philips,ICH rats organization mechanism.Results:1.the rat hemiplegia state clearly,brain tissue factor, JiaShouShu significantly higher than control group content model control group(P<0.05),pathological morphology visible brain edema,around the hematomaⅦcollagen enzyme with heparin rats induced bleeding model success.2.neurologic deficits degree evaluation,when after 4 d cerebral blood kang group treated with philips group were obviously improved (P<0.05),but the group treated pu obviously superior to improve cerebral blood kang group(P<0.05).The brain tissue coefficient, water from the group treated pu below cerebral blood kang group(P<0.05).3.the pathological morphology brain that control model,cerebral blood kang group treated with philips group were visible brain cells surrounding edema hematoma,grid and glial cells proliferation activity.Philips group of grid cell and treated better control model glial cells hyperplasia and cerebral blood kang group.4.results show that:the cerebral hemorrhage,after 4 d model control group significantly lower levels of plasma nitric oxide NO JiaShouShu in control group(P<.01) O.Compared with the control model,cerebral blood kang group is aubject plasma model control group significantly increased(P<.05);O,Philips group plasma treated with NO significant rise model control group(P<0.05). But the group treated with cerebral blood phraseology no significant difference between the qol kang(P>0.05).Conclusion:This research shows that:thestereotactic instrument technology rats infuse typeⅦcollagen enzyme with heparin,successful rats induced bleeding model.Pu treated rats can improve ICH nerve defects,can reduce symptoms ICH rats coefficient and brain moisture.Pu treated rats can also reduce ICH plasma NO proof that the level of brain ICH rats protectie effect.
