Objective:To explore the application of medical statistics theory and method in hospital management,especially in patient record's quality control.And through the work of medical statistics in patient record's quality control,it can improve the quality of patient record's quality control,and then improve the quality of patient record.Method:The selective examination project of patient record's quality control is stratified sampling,and the SPSS program project is random group design.The data collect forms include three patient record's quality control check forms.We study and mine a series of evaluation indexes bases the data character.And the analysis methods in allusion to evaluation indexes include compare,recombine,order,distributing and chart.We do example analysis based on the examination result of August,2008.Results:The selective examination project can satisfy the request of statistics.The data collect forms expect being perfect.It brings forth the impersonality complexion of patient record's quality perfectly by the using of evaluation indexes and analysis methods associate with the standardization expression mode. Conclutions:We think the work of patient record's quality control from the medical statistics point of view by the application study of medical statistics method in patient record's quality control.We attempt,carry out,summarize and make certain the application of medical statistics method in patient record's quality control by daily work.It is not only the development of medical statistics,but also the development of the patient record's quality management through.This study has a bright practicability character and should be extend in the patient record's quality control work.
