Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN) is one of the most curable human malignancies after the introduction of effective chemotherapy, with a high cure rate of 80%-90%.Sensitive human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG) assays and advances in chemotherapy have assumed primary importance in the management of GTN. However, women presented with cessation of menstruation and abnormal vaginal bleeding, lead GTN to be misdiognosed as ectopic pregnancy easily, result in delay of treatments. The lesions were cornua uteri, fallopian tube, ovary, round ligament and cervix uteri,et al.Lower-level HCG and special site is the main characters. The risk of resistance rises significantly with delay in diagnosis.EMA-CO regimen has become the most commonly used first-line chemotherapy protocol for high-risk GTN.EP-EMA, taxiol can be recommended for patients refractoty to EMA-CO regimen.Reportedly, the patient who received first-line therapy with EMA-CO regimen treated with EP-EMA and(or) along with adjuvant surgery can received 70%complete remission. But,there are only 20%patient received persistant remission that resistanced to EMA-CO and EP-EMA regimen.
