Clinical Analysis Of Primary Closure In The Common Bile Duct

object:Retrospective analysis the effect of primary closure in the common bile duct, explore the security and feasibility.Methods:The clinical data of 25 cases of the primary closure in the common bile duct during september,2006 to february,2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Two cases occured bile leak.There were no complications of bile leak, bleeding,bile duct stricture and other complications.Conclusions:The primary closure in the common bile duct is safety and feasible with the choledochoscopic examination in operation.
