Objective:The study aims to analyze a variety of the more common neuromuscular diseases (including Duchenne muscular dystrophy, facioscapulohumera muscular dystrophy, limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, polymyositis, lipid storage myopathy, motor neuron disease, spinal muscular atrophy) in the distribution of creatine kinase and with the changes of course. Methods:The use of retrospective study, Collection of First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, out-patient and hospitalization in patients with neuromuscular diseases the above-mentioned clinical data,Of these neuromuscular diseases, the distribution of creatine kinase Statistical Analysis..Results : Duchenne muscular dystrophy patients with serum creatine kinase increased significantly, amounting to a few dozen to several hundred times, reached its peak in 3-5 years old, after disease progression with increasing age and declining year after year, with an average annual decline rate of 2.80~2.85%;FSHD patients with mildly elevated serum CK and more, 89.19 percent of the patients with normal serum CK in the limit 5 times within a maximum of not more than 8 times the normal value; Serum CK in LGMD and LSM patients with large fluctuations in distribution can be normal or increased the number of times; MND and SMA patients with elevated serum creatine kinase is normally limited to 3 times normal, not more than 10 times the normal limit; PM patients in the acute stage there has been a marked increase in the basic CK, CK elevated acute phase rate of 95.31%, but increased the level of creatine kinase and clinical performance that reduced the severity of the muscle is no correlation between, creatine kinase significantly decreased after treatment .Conclusions:Elevated serum CK more than 5 times the general tips myogenic damage, with DMD the most significant increase of CK can be elevated more than 100 times , Neurogenic damage in patients with elevated serum CK generally 3 times, more than 10 times as rare, However, some muscle damage in patients with endogenous serum CK level can be normal or slightly elevated, the CK of the differential diagnosis of neuromuscular disease-specific small, But Of certain diseases such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy, as well as the diagnosis of inflammatory myopathies condition monitoring is important, And that the laboratory is the most simple and economic,Therefore the detection of serum CK neuromuscular diseases in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis is still of great value.
