High-frequency ultrasound has important diagnostic value in the Disease of the musculoskeletal system,as an unfound,fast and easy to reduplicative imaging in Musculoskeletal system diseases.The sound beam of ultrasonic visualization can cut through the joint space,which offers a convenient and shortcut bases in the localization. Musculoskeletal system diseases is very common in clinic practice,including the skin,soft tissues,bones and cartilage,tender and ligment,joints,muscle and nerve diseases.For example:systemic sclerosis,goiter in subcutaeous,the lesion in joint and tendon.Ultrasound is more useful in the manifest of the focus of infection,especially between the preoperative and postoperative.At present,the use of high-frequency ultrasound in Musculoskeletal system diseases has its merits,such as having more cross-sections,sensitivity, specificity,easily to practice and unfound.So the use of ultrasound in the diagnosis of the Musculoskeletal system diseases is more gradually predominance.This text is to explain the sonographic and diagnostic features of MSUS in the skin,soft tissues,bones and cartilage,tender and ligment,joints,muscle and nerve diseases.Athletic injury of the tendon, ligament, menisc and bones is increasingly more and more,and this phenomenon has greatly hazard the people's health and the quality of life.Using the real-time observation and the image contrasting play an inestimable role in the.This review will offer some referance for the diagnosis of the Musculoskeletal system diseases, through summarying the exterior and interior investigations in Musculoskeletal system.
