To evaluate the different treatments and prognosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN),for reducing the number of misdiagnoses , postoperative recurrence and residual focus of pathological change. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is a precursor lesion of cervical cancer. Diagnosis and management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is of important significance in prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Three-step-diagnosis-approach ( cytology-colposcopy-histology) can diagnose effectively cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. At the same time, it can decrease the cost for prevention and treatment of the malignancy. Reasonable treatment of women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia are cost-effective and can preserve the fertility of women. Posttreatment follow-up is necessary. CIN I could be observed and countercheck regularly. CIN II and CINIII treated by cervical cone or hysterectomy. But the patients treated by cervical cone need to be followed for along time. The patients were examined with cytologic, colposcope and human papillomavirus (HPV). It is the same significance for follow up and treatment of CIN.
