1. BackgroundWith the development of traffic and economic, there is marked increase of traumatic patients in recent year. And the thoracic trauma has an important place in all of trauma, which is closed trauma .ALI/ARDS due to wound is the chief account of die.2. ObjectiveThe research use Tanreqing injection in base of conventional therapy to patients of traumatic occlusion ALI, The objection is to explore the protective effect of Tan Re Qing injection on acute lung injury(ALI)patients.3. Research patients and method29 of ALI patients were enrolled in our study subject and randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of basi-identical in sex, age and APACHEⅡscore . One group including 14 patients was served as general treatment group,and the other including 15 patients was served as Tan Re Qing injection treatment group in base of general treatmen.Indices of arterial blood gas analysis were compared between general group and Tan Re Qing treatment after 7 days'treatment.Indices of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-αwere compared between general group and Tan Re Qing treatment after 7 days'treatment.To compare the change of SIRS score. To compare the difference of Morbidity of ARDS.4. ResultNone of researched patients in this study are lost ,And all of the results are in the data analytics.There are no difference at statistics between general group and Tan Re Qing treatment group on indices of detection on patients when they were new in hospital(P﹥0.05). After 7 days'treatment the indices of arterial blood gas analysis and SIRS score were both improved in the two group(P﹤0.05), Further more,the degree of improvement of indices in Tan Re Qing group was more than that in general group (p<0.05); the indices of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αwere lower in the Tanreqing group(P﹤0.05), the change of IL-8 has no difference of general group ststistics(P﹥0.05),and the degree of lower of indices in Tan Re Qing group was more than that in general group (p<0.05); Morbidity of ARDS have no difference at statistics between general group and Tan Re Qing treatment group(P﹥0.05). 5.conclusionTanreqing injection can down the blood-serum level of inflammatory factor as TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8.Tanreqing injection can relieve the progress of SIRS.Tanreqing injection can ameliorate gas exchange in ALI, and slower degree of respiratory distress.
