Recently, the food security has occurred frequently vicious in the world, whether developed or developing countries, food-borne disease incidence remains high. Foodborne diseases and food contamination and pose a huge growing public health problem worldwide. Staphylococcus aureus (abbreviated S. aureus) is widely present in the natural environment in a variety of physical and chemical factors on the higher resistance, not only of food poisoning caused by important bacterial pathogens, but also the hospital's main pathogens of clinical infection. From public health point of view, S. aureus has been attracted much attention. Many experts and scholars carried out studies on the biological characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus, detection technology, disease genes and their virulence factors, epidemiological investigation. In this paper, the overall detection rate of S. aureus-positive is 20.2% in 114 samples of Shijiazhuang, including frozen food, raw meat, meat products, aquatic products, cotton swab samples from meat processing plant. Predecessors of the laboratory had got the detection rate of 22.6% in 685 samples of Baoding including suppurative tissue of people, cut hair tools, raw milk, frozen food, raw meat, meat products, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, soybean products, air, animal wastes and water. Comprehensive testing data of the two regions confirmed a high degree of pollution by Staphylococcus aureus in Baoding and Shijiazhuang. The serious pollution in human suppurative organizations, cut hair tools, raw milk, frozen food, raw meat should be paid much close attention.Hemolysin of Staphylococcus aureus is an important infections agents, which effects on mammalian cells by acting on the red blood cell, platelet and neutrophil so that the bacteriolytic enzyme release, and damage the nearby organizations. At present, the hemolysin of Staphylococcus aureus classfied four different tapings of sub-α,β,γ,δin accordance with its antigen, and the harm to the organization is usually caused byα-andβ-hemolysin hemolysin. We designed four pairs gene primers of hla, hlb, hlg, hld for PCR identification and studied the distribution the hemolysin genes in Staphylococcus aureus isolates. In the isolation of 324 Staphylococcus aureus, the 91.98% withα-hemolysin genes, 65.12% withβ-hemolysin genes, 93.83% withγ-hemolysin genes, 95.68% withδ-hemolysin gene. In Staphylococcus aureus isolates, four hemolysins exist at the same time was the most common (60.19%), followed by the cases of combination of hla, hlg, and hld three hemolysin genes (29.01%), and hemolysin genes of other combinations also exist in a wide range, but the percentage is not high. This study shows that the poisoned rate of staphylococcus aureus we separated is relatively high.In view of the current situation, we should carry out further investigations on the contamination and the prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus in crowd of Chinese, livestock and food, as a foundation of the study on disease surveillance, outbreak detection of Staphylococcus aureus, as well as provide the basis for tracking sources.
