The immunohistochemistry( IHC) method was applied to detect IFN-γ, IL-4 and TNF-αin 20 patients with condyloma acuminatum and 10 control groups. Results :①The level of IL-2 and IFN-γin CA group was lower than that in control group before treatment(P < 0. 05). The level of TNF-αwas not significantly different(P>0.05)between CA group and control group. The level of IL-4 and IL-10 in CA group was higher than that in control group before treatment (P < 0. 05).②The level of IL-2 and IFN-γin CA group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment and had significantly change in comparison with control group ( P< 0.05) . The level of IL-4 and IL-10 in CA group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and had significantly change in comparison with control group ( P < 0. 05) . The level of TNF-αin CA group after treatment was not significantly different with before treatment (P>0.05) and had no significantly change in comparison with control group ( P < 0. 05).③The expression level of IFN-γin CA lesion was lower than that in control group (P < 0. 05).The expression level of IL-4 and TNF-αin CA lesion was higher than that in control group (P < 0. 05).Conclusions:①The HPV infection causes patients with condyloma acuminatum peripheral blood and lesion immune status to change, HPV infection changes the immune state of lesion and peripheral blood of patients with CA, which show low expression of cytokines on Th1 cells and high on Th2 cells and appear the immunal state of shift from Th1 to Th2 .②5% imiquimod up-regulates the ratio of Th1/Th2 cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with CA by enhancing cellular immune response. Hence it may play a role of immune regulation by resistanting virus and preventing from relapse. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Condylomata acuminate, Imiquimod, Interleukin-2, Interferon-γ, Tumour necrosis factor-α, Interleukin-4, Interleukin-10 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
