Objective Though the analysis of 85 patients Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy.To evaluate the possibility that the Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy replace the Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy.The technical procedure and the clinical value of Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy.Methods October 2008 to April 2009,85 Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy in our hospital.Eighty five patients suffered from various kinds of benign gynecological diseases underwent Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy.The mean age was 46.8years(range 37-60years),preoperative examination findings were 18 cases of normal uterine size,30 of uterine enlargement(42 less than 12 week gestational size and 25 larger).Among these patients,6cases had a history of lower abdominal laparotomy.Results 16 out of the 30 cases were switched to laparotomy(18.8%).Mean operation time of Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy was 62.4 min(range 30-120min).The amount of blood loss was approximately 30-200ml during operation,and the average hospitalization was 7days.Conclusion The Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy replace the Laparoscopiclly Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy basically,avoids laparotomy and lessns injuries.Reduce the surgical trauma,such as body surface without leaving any scar,the patient can accept.
