Objective:To investigate the clinical and renal pathologic features of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis(HSPN) and the relationship between them.Mothods:Clinical, pathological cords of 132 people with HSPN.they were admitted to the Second College of Shanxi Medical University from October 2002 to October 2008,were retrospectively reviewed.Analyse their clinical information, features and renal pathologic features.Results:(1)clinical information:①There were 132 patients. All the patient suffered from HSPN.②The ratio of male to female was 1.4:1.③The disease mainly accured in winter and spring.Mar had 28.03%。(2)clinical features:①Almost half of the patients had definite causes, respiratory infection had 48.08%.②All the patient presented the typical characteristics of purpura, chiefly accured in the distal end of legs.③51cases had abdominal symptom, bellyache had 72.55%.④40 cases had arthral symptom,45.00%of the patients had knee joint pain.⑤A majority of patients exhibited hematuria and proteinunia(55 cases,41.67%).(3)pathologic features:①62cases had renal biopsy, most of pathological classifications were gradeⅢa,had 32.26%.②49cases had immunofluorescence results, the type of IgA+IgG+ IgM was the most, while the type of IgA+IgG was lest.32 cases(65.30%)had deposition of C3.24 cases(48.98%) had deposition of fribin. The type of IgA+IgG+IgM immuneocomplex is more severe than type of IgA,no matter in pathology or in clinica.Coudusions:1.HSPN is a common disease,A majority of patients exhibited hematuria and proteinunia.2.Most of pathological classifications were gradeⅢa.3.The type of IgA+IgG+IgM immuneocomplex is more severe than type of IgA,no matter in pathology or in clinica.
