| ObjectiveCompared the eradication rate of Hp and the influence of clinical symptom when treating the patient of chronic gastritis infected by Helicobacter pylori Yiwei prescription with Omeprazole,Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin by Immunohistochemistry,and study the effect in gastric mucosal cell apoptosis, Bax,Cox-2,p16 and p53,provide the scientific data and theoretical basis in clinical medicine.MethodsTotal 85 patients of chronic gastritis with H.pylori infection who agreed to take electronic endoscopy and gastric biopsy were divided semi-randomly into control group and treatment group.The treatment group 43 cases take Yiwei prescription for 4 weeks,and the control group 42 cases take triple therapy for one week,after when they were taken 4 sorts of tablets for 4 weeks,gastric ulcer:Omeprazole,20mg Qd,chronic superficial gastritis:Rebanipide Tablets, 0.1 Tid,erosional gastritis:Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Capsules,2# Tid, atrophic gastritis:Weifuchun tablet,4# Tid.H.pylori was checked by RUT and 14C-UBT at the first and eighth month.Histological changes of gastric mucosa were compared and the clinical curative effect was observed and all the gastric biopsy were take the inspection of apoptosis,Bax,p16,p53 and Cox-2.ResultsH.pylori elimination got a very good curative effect in 87.5%of the patients in treatment group and 77.5%of the patients in control group.The elimination of control group was better than the other one,but the difference had no statistics significance(P＞0.05).Treatment group more than in improving symptoms of patients such as bdominal pain,bloating,belching,runny or constipation than the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.01), but in improvement in patients with acid and poor appetite symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The two groups with gastric mucosal hyperemia,edema,erosion,etc.are more significant improvement in pre-treatment,the treatment group in the treatment of patients with gastric mucosal hyperemia,edema and erosion better than the control group(P＜0.01) while ulcers and vascular permeability,the 2 group,there was no significant difference(P＞0.05);The 2 group pre-treatment of gastric mucosa in order to moderate and severe based,in varying degrees after treatment the improvement in the two groups before and after treatment and the degree of gastric inflammation,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Compared to the controls group,the treatment group reach a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05)in the after treatment the degree of gastric inflammation; Mild inflammation in the treatment group based in the control group was mainly moderate inflammation.Improved the degree of gastric inflammation than the control group;The two groups before and after treatment compared with apoptotic index were significantly different(P＜0.05),and compared the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01); The two groups before and after treatment in Cox-2 and P53,there was a significant difference(P＜0.01),compared the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference in Cox-2 and P53(P＞0.05);Compared to treatment group,the difference between before and after treatment in Bax was statistically significant(P＜0.05),while the control group was no significant difference(P＞0.05),and compared the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Two groups of p16 before and after treatment have a very significant difference(P＜0.01),and compared the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionHp plays an important role in gastric precancerous lesions,Yiwei prescription had a certain curative effect in treating the chronic gastric disease with the infection of Helicobacter pylori,and made Histological pathological changes of gastric mucosa reversed.And it had low cost,small incidence of adverse reactions,the study has good prospects,it is worth to promote the application of good clinical.
