ObjectiveTo study the role of shoutaiwan in patients with spontaneous abortion,and discuss the mechanism of shoutaiwan on the regulation of immunological factors,improve and supplement the Th1/Th2 immune balance adjustment and the relationship between maternal-fetal immune regulation,with a view for the provision of TCM treatment of spontaneous abortion based on pharmacological experiments.Method1:Recall the observation of 148 Spontaneous abortion patients in January 2007 to January 2009 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;2:Establish the mifepristone abortion model in pregnant rats,and the hydroxyurea + mifepristone model of kidney-deficiency,the shoutaiwan treatment group,the progesterone treatment group,the normal pregnancy group, detective the concentration of cytokines Th1-type cytokines IL-2,IFN-γand Th2-type cyrokines IL-4,IL-10 in serum on d0 and d9 days by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.ResultsClinical part:124 cases of spontaneous abortion patients cured,13 cases improved,unless these 11 cases,tne total effective rate 92,57%.Experimental part:d0 days between each group Th1,Th2 type cytokines showed no significant difference(P<0.05):d9 days kidney-deficiency group serum IL-2 concentration higher than the other groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05);JFN-γ concentrations higher than the abortion group,shoutaiwan group,progesterone group and the normal pregnancy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);shoutaiwan group fetal IL-4 concentration was significantly higher than kidney-deficiency group and abortion group(P<0.01);abortion group serum concentration of IL-10 is lower than other groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05);IL-2/IL-4 ratio of abortion group in the highest,compared with shoutaiwan group,progesterone group the normal pregnancy group the difference was significant(P<0.01),compared with the abortion group was no significant difference(P>0.05),shoutaiwan group to a minimum,with the kidney-deficiency group and abortion group were significantly different(P<0.05 or P<0.01);IL-2/IL-10 ratio to the highest kidney-deficiency group,compared with shoutaiwan group,progesterone group,abortion group,normal pregnancy group significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01),with the lowest progesterone group,and shoutaiwan group,abortion group,compared to the normal pregnancy group no significant difference(P>0.05);IFN -γ/IL-4 of abortion group to the highest ratio,shoutaiwan group, progesterone group compared with the normal pregnancy group significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and kidney-deficiency group was no significant difference (P>0.05),shoutaiwan group compared with progesterone group no significant difference;IFN-γ/IL-10 ratio kidney-deficiency group in the highest, compared to other significant difference between groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01), shoutaiwan group compared with progesterone group no significant difference (P>0.05),compared with kidney-deficiency group very significant difference (P<0.01).ConcIusionshoutaiwan can inhibit Th1-type cytokine secretion,and promote Th2-type cytokine secretion in the maternal-fetal interfaceof kidney-deficiency pregnant rats,correct Th1(IL-2,IFN-γ)/Th2(IL-4,IL-10) balance of migration,thereby reducing the maternal-fetal immune rejection,and ultimately reduce the abortion rate of kidney-deficiency Pregnant rats, which play a role in prevention and treatment of abortion.
