| Objective:Extract with acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of elements,the preliminary syndrome syndrome and the links between elements and distribution.Research Methods:The literature search,extraction of acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes elements,expert advice COPD questionnaire design,the 28 has long been engaged in Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical study of respiratory medicine,and some engaged in TCM Syndrome research on acute exacerbation of COPD TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of respiratory failure have a wealth of experience of experts for consultation surveys;and design on the basis of acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure TCM four diagnostic information collection forms and acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure four diagnostic methods of TCM information collection practices.To our hospital ICU and Respiratory Medicine in 2007～February 2009 in line with the acute exacerbation of COPD diagnostic criteria for respiratory failure patients of the 181 cases of clinical data for the object, in line with the inclusion criteria for cases of cross-sectional surveys and information collection form to complete;information table after the completion of acquisition by the verification of qualified EpiData 3.02 after the construction of the use of acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure syndromes of Chinese medicine information database;the use of bibliometric analysis,clinical epidemiology survey methodology,preliminary study of acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure and the TCM Syndrome Syndromes of the distribution of elements.Research Methods and Statistics spss13.0 taken for statistical analysis software,using descriptive analysis,frequency analysis method for data processing.Quality control through the development of syndromes and efficacy evaluation of information collection,the implementation of detailed standard operating procedures;and outside the hospital by the hospital and experts group steering committee of experts to guide program development issues for the study of problems in the implementation process to provide advice to answer; information table after the completion of the above title by the attending physician to be verified.Research Results:181 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure in patients with clinical data,which constitutes a period of acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure syndrome factors:①disease-bit elements involved in lung,spleen,kidney,heart,liver,colon and small intestine, etc.Among them,spleen and kidney three dirty pulmonary higher frequency of clinical findings suggest that they constitute more than up to 85.9%;②disease factors,results showed that acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure 93.9%of patients with stage-based standard is virtual, actual situation inclusions;the pretension of qi deficiency,yang deficiency, lack of precision,yin deficiency and blood deficiency,qi deficiency in,the main deficiency,which constitutes more than 90%;subscript has phlegm,blood, HuoRe,HanNing,gas stagnation,cold and wind-heat,so as to phlegm,blood stasis,heat-based,the three constituent ratio of 99.73%.The distribution of Syndromes;The survey of 181 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD patients with respiratory failure,and its frequency of syndromes according to the size of array:Fei,Pi,Shen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the lung (73 cases,accounting for 40.3%of constituent ratio);Fei,Pi,Shen,Blood Heat (47 cases,accounting for 26.0%mere than pose);Fei,Pi,Shen deficiency, phlegm obstructing lung(15 cases,accounting for 8.3%component ratio);both Qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis obstructing the lung(14 cases,or constitute more than 7.7%).Literature search,expert advice and clinical survey results. |
