So it is necessary to sum up the regulation of fever caused by apitherapy, it can improve patients' confidence and promote apitherapy more widely.ObjectiveThe regulation of fever caused by apitherapy is clinical researched and observed,such as the rate of fever,the relation of the fever and the points, the temperature when fever occurs,etc.It has practical significance to guide how to prevent and treat fever in clinical treatment,and promotes apitherapy more widely.Methods100 patients are punctured according to the disease,the point is one of the points of Zusanli(ST36),Shenshu(BL23),Waiguan(SJ5),Dazhui(DU14), Quchi(LI11) and Ashi points,etc.The start volume is a little bee venom,that is,pull out the sting immediately after puncture(do not squeeze drug capsule), a little bee venom more when no reaction or the reaction is light after ten minutes.A sting is punctured completely and kept 10 minutes in the third or fourth time.The patient is treated every two days for 6 times in total,three times in a week,the volume of venom should be reduced if there is fever.And then the patients are punctured two points or two bees but three or four points for 10 minutes 6 times every two days.The patients can be punctured 3 bees, the observation time is 4 weeks.The last is calculation with SPSS.Results1.The rate of fever is 17.00%.2.The rate of fever with puncture history is 14.63%,the rate without history is 1.69%.Compared with no history,the rate of fever with puncture history is significantly increased(P＜0.05).3.There is no statistical significance of the relation of fever and points (P＞0.05).Conclusions1.The mechanism of fever after apitherapy is:the response reaction caused by immune compound of antigen-antibody.2.The allergic phenomenon of fever after apitherapy is common,the rate is 17.00%.The rate of fever after apitherapy with puncture history is high.3.There is no relation of the fever and points after apitherapy.4.The degree of swelling and itching when there is fever is more serious than no fever if there is fever.
