| ObjectiveTo study circadian rhythm of the beginning,persistence and the end in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(Paf)patients.To investigate the correlation between other arrhythmias,autonomic nerves,influential factor,causative factor and Paf.Discuss the link between Zi wu liu zhu time rule and circadian rhythm of the beginning,persistence and the end in the same patients.Judge the interrelation for the holistic concept of traditional medicine and function testing index with theoretical model.MethodAnalyze the beginning and persistent time and the end of Paf in each hour and other kinds of arrhythmias with Holter in 73 samples of Paf patients who admitted to Guangdong Province Hospital Of TCM from January of 2002 to December of 2008.Use PEMS3.1 to analyze the average angle of the circle distribution data and make hypothesis test.Make normality test in the frequency and persistent time of Paf with SPSS13.0.Based on different genders,chronic illness, life stile,drugs,arrange the samples into two groups,and make the normality test.If the data fit the bill of normal distribution,use t text next.If not,go with Wilcoxon rank sum test.To study the relationship between Paf and anatomic sites under cardioultrasonic development and supraventricular premature beat(SPB)and premature ventricular beat(PVB)in correlation analysis.Results1.There begins 570 times and ends 566 times of Paf in the text,and 536 times caused by cardioelectrophysiology phenomenon,which 529 times(99%)triggered by atrial premature beats,7 times(1%)triggered by other kinds of arrhythmias. 2.Based on the circle analysis,concluding the median time of the beginning of Paf is 10:14:42,Si hour,expressed skewed distribution(P＜0.05),means statistical significance in Paf patients.The same as the end of Paf,10:15 :53.Persistent time of Paf,around 11:04:51,Wu hour,showing skewed distribution (P＜0.05).No statistical significance in SPB(11:42:32,Wuhour), and SVT(11:42:32,Wu hour)and PVB(14:41:05,Wei hour)and PVB-pear(14:20:36, Wei hour)in Paf patients(P＞0.05).3.The frequency and persistent time of Paf show skewed distribution,but do not have statistical significance in Paf patients by Wilcoxon rank sum test (P＞0.05)in difference genders.The same in smoking or no smoking patients. Skewed distribution is showed in alcohol drinking or no alcohol users, concluding statistical significance(P＜0.05)in persistent time of Paf in alcohol users.The frequency and persistent time of ACE Inhibitors users or not show skewed distribution,ACE Inhibitors users have shorter time in Paf (P＞0.05).There are no statistical significance(P＞0.05)in the frequency and persistent time of Paf patients taking ARB,CCB,Beta blocker,Amiodarone, Digoxin,and patients in different diseases,except persistent time of Paf with chronic heart failure(CHF)or not(P＜0.05).4.Positive correlativity between the frequency of beginning of Paf and SPB, the coefficient correlation is 0.251.The same between the persistent time of Paf and SPB(the coefficient correlation is 0.328),and PVB and PVB-pair and ventricular tachycardia(VT)in each two(the coefficient correlation is around(0.333~0.550).So the same relationship between SPB and supraventricular tachycardia(the coefficient correlation is 0.691),and between persistent time of Paf and the size of right atrium(the coefficient correlation is 0.294).ConclusionThis study concludes that the beginning and persistence of Paf have close relationship with the degree of prematurity and the frequency of SVB,the size of atrium and autonomic nerve disequilibrium.Paf patients with CHF lasted longer than not having CHF.We infer that ACE Inhibitors users have shorter time in Paf.This study confers circadian rhythm of the beginning,persistence and the end in Paf patients.The median time of the beginning of Paf is 10:14:42,Si hour,the same as the end of Paf,10:15:53.Persistent time of Paf,around 11:04:51,Wu hour.The circadian rhythm of consistent with Zi Wu Liu Zhu Time Rule and Zang Fu theory of TCM that heart and spleen are mother-child relations.
