Gene therapy is still at the stage of animal experiments.Carried out in recent years,TCM treatment of Parkinson's disease in clinical research,deepening the recognize Of the Chinese medicine of this disease in recent years, especially the study of acupuncture of the diseas,reports more and more which concludes that it has certain advantages in improving the clinical symptoms. the experimental study is deepening too.Although acupuncture can not replace the chemical drugs,but at an early stage,it can reduce the amount of medication,and to raise the late-stage clinical efficacy,reduce side effects of chemical drugs,effective treatment of patients with extended time,it shows the potential and superiority of acupuncture in treating the disease.Acupuncture,as a unique,safe,convenient treatment method has been more and more applied in clinical,made cercain effect,with the exception of drug and surgical treatment for patients with a new way,and gradually accepted and a choice for patients in early stage.ObjectivesShi's Combination therapy of Bian-stone and acupuncture is originally created by Bian-stone expert,Professor Shi Anli.She is one of the first TCM experts in using the modern Bian-stone in clinic.For decades of her clinical practice,she formed a unique theoretical insights,and originally created Shi's Combination therapy of Bian-stone and acupuncture.The therapy is based on Bian-stone,acupuncture,moxibustion.We take a comparallelism comparison survey,by the observation of patients with Parkinson's disease,in order to provide a basis for Shi's Combination therapy of Bian-stone and acupuncture and formulate a set of clinical efficacy progam of Parkinson's disease.To verify clinical efficacy of Parkinson's disease by Shi's Combination therapy of Bian-stone and acupunctureMethods:From the Parkinson's disease specialist out-patient wards of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 60 qualified cases,in accordance with the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into experiment group and control group,in which the treatment group (Bian-stone group)30 cases,the control group(controlgroup) 30 cases.After one month treatment of a case,we evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups by observing the changes of UPDRS score scale.The establishment of databases,SPSS16.0 software was used to handle datum.T-test was used to handle quantitative data,X~2 test or X~2 test correction(or the exact probability method) was used to handle counting data,rank sum Test was used to handle categorical data.the level ofαis from 0.05,used two-side test.Result:Before treatment the general information of the two groups including age, gengder,disease duration and Hoehn-Yahr classification standard,UPDRS score,analysis of data indicates that the difference of the two groups before treatment is no significant difference(P＞0.05),the baseline of two groups is coincident,and with comparability.The outcome show:Contrast the integral of UPDRS of two groups of prior-treatment to which of post-treatment,the experiment group's integral of post-treatment of ordinary activity and movement function has decreased than that of prior-treatment,the difference is significant(P＜0.05).The control group's integral of post-treatment of ordinary activity has decreased than that of prior-treatment,the difference is significant(P＜0.05).However the control group's integral of post-treatment of ordinary activity is not improved(P＞0.05)Contrast improvement rate of the integral of UPDRS of two groups of post-treatment, in terms of the improvement rate of the integral of movement function,the experiment group is superior to the control group,the difference is significant(P＜0.05).But in terms of the improvement rate of the integral of ordinary activity,the difference of the two group is not significant(P＞0.05)Contrast the integral of UPDRS of two groups of post-treatment of ordinary activity and movement function,the difference of the two group is not significant(P＞0.05)Contrast the Hoehn-Yahr classification standard,the difference of the two group is not significant(P＞0.05)Conclusion:Shi's Combination therapy of Bian-stone and acupuncture is an effective way to improve the clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease and the integral of UPDRS score.It can significantly reduce symptoms and improve a comprehensive clinical efficacy.It is an effective way raised to the treatment for the disease.
