The Treatment Of The Radiated And Glycerolized Porcine Skin And Aloe Vera Gel Juice On Scald

Objective To investigate the methods of setting up the small area superficialâ…¡, deepâ…¡andâ…¢degree burn model of the Taihu pig, guinea pig and rabbit. To evaluate the effect of RGPS on treating the porcine burning wounds, observe the therapeutic effect of AVGJ when using it during the recovery process of Taihu pig, guinea pig, rabbit small area burning wounds.Methods The experimental animals were burned by self-developed stainless steel instrument (two models), and the scalded surfaces were made on the dorsal side perpendicular to the skin. Observe the changes of the wounds, and check the wound skin by pathological examination. After setting up the Animal models, remove the scab of the deepâ…¡andâ…¢degree burning wounds on the 2nd day. Then dressed them with the RGPS and raised them separately. The situation of wound and the time of cure were observed. The specimens were procured at suitable time, stained with HE and observed by the light microscope. After setting up the Animal models, treat all of them with AVGJ immediately. The modeling time of superficialâ…¡, deepâ…¡andâ…¢degree burning wounds were 10s,15s,40s. The burning wounds of Guinea pigs and rabbits are rectangles, which area is 6.0cm2. The modeling time of their superficialâ…¡, deepâ…¡andâ…¢degree burning wounds were 5s,12s,28s. The RGPS group: the RGPS attached to the wound and there were not exudates or infection. Part of the deepâ…¡burning wound has hair growth after 3 or 4 weeks. Histological observation found 4 weeks later the basic skin structure recovered in the experimental group of the deepâ…¡burning wounds. 6 weeks later ,the basic skin structure recovered in the experimental group of theâ…¢degree burning wound, but the hair would not ever grow in the wound area. The AVGJ groups: The superficialâ…¡degree burning wounds have a good recovery about 2 weeks, all the wounds have hair growth and there is no scar left. The deepâ…¡degree burn wound has a good recovery about 4 ~ 5 weeks, but there are scars left, some of wound has hair growth. Theâ…¢degree burn wound has a good recovery about 6 ~ 7 weeks, and there is no hair growth.Conclusion When scalding at the time of 10s,15s,40s on the dorsal side of taihu pig with SDD-â… Scald apparatus, we can make the superficialâ…¡, deepâ…¡andâ…¢degree burn models. When scalding at the time of 5s,12s,28s with SDD-â…¡Scald apparatus on the dorsal side of Guinea pigs and rabbits, we can make theâ…¢degree burn models. The RGPS can create a closed environment which benefits the proliferation of epithelium and the recovery of skin structure. So it can be concluded that the RGPS was a good dressing to cure the burning wound in clinic. AVGJ can play a good role in sterilization and disinfection, and it can promote cell proliferation and the restoration of skin structure, it is a good drug for burns treatment.
