Clinical Observation Of JH-3038B Hemodifiltration Equipment' Treatment On End-stage Renal Disease

ObjectBy studying JH-3038B hemodifiltration equipment and Fresenius4008S'clinical efficacy when they treat on end-stage renal disease,observing patients'items and occurrence of common complications,evaluate JH-3038B hemodiafiltration equipment's clinical efficacy,stability and security in the treatment of end-stage renal disease.Methods20 patients with end-stage renal disease were randomly divided into two groups,the JH-3038B group and the control group,10 cases in each group.Prospective study was did,while 120 cases was collected.Patients were given on-line hemodiafiltration(on-line HDF) treatment weekly and general hemodialysis(HD) treatment twice a week.All of the HD treatment were completed by JH-2000 hemodilysis equipment.On-line treatment was perfored by JH-3038B in JH-3038B group,Fresenius4008S in control group.It had been observed by 6 months.Serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),electrolyte,carbon dioxide combining power (CO2CP) andβ₂-MG,were detected monthly before and after on-line hemodifiltration tretment,hemoglobin,PTH and high-sensitivity CRP,serum albumin level before on-line hemodifiltration tretment.Calculate descent rate of Scr,phosphonium,β₂-MG and URR,KT/V. Record heart rate,respiratory rate and blood presseure before and after on-line HDF treatment, body tempreature before and after on-line HDF treatment.At the same time,record the clinical symptom change.Calculate the incidence of coplication such as headache,chills(fever), arhythmia,hypotension and muscle spasm.Data was expressed by(?)±s.Measurement data was analysised by Two-sample t test between the two groups or analysis of variance amoung three groups.Enumeration data was analysised byχ² test.ResultCompared with control group,incidence of complication such as headache,chills(fever), arhythmia and muscle spasm in observing group does not increase.Heart rate,respiratory rate, blood pressure and body tempreature do not differ frrom each other significantly between the two group.Descent rate of Scr,Phosphate radical,β₂-MG and URR,KT/V have no significant difference between the two group,so do the hemoglobin,PTH,High-sensitivity CRP and serum albumin level.Afeter on-line HDF treatment,both Hb and ALB levels increase,while both iPTH and High-sensitivity CRP decline.Electrolyte concertration after on-line HDF treatment arrives low nomal range(kalium ion concentration between 3.0～3.5mmol/L) in both two groups.Conclusion1 JH-3038B,as patients' vital sign is stable and common acute coplications do not increase, is safe and stable when gives treatment to chronic renal failure(uremia period).2 JH-3038,with higher clearance of small and medium material,good nutritional state in patients,is effective when gives on-line HDF treatment to end-stage renal disease.
