| Backgrounds: Ulcerative Colitis (UC) is a non-specific chronic intestinal inflammation, Etiology and pathogenesis of UC is not clear, usually considered to be immune, environmental, genetic susceptibility and infection caused by such factors. In the UC numerous pathogenic factors, the enteric nervous system (ENS) in the role of intestinal immunity by more and more attention to factors neuroimmunomodulation UC are more active in recent years, the research part, neuropeptide and UC in recent years, much of the relationship between concerned about the UC study shows that the existence of foreign neuropeptide disorder. At present, however, very few domestic reports on this. Aconite rationale for prescription medicine in pill function of temperature are Jianpi, also commonly used in clinical treatment at UC, but the rationale of Aconitum Lizhong Pills for treatment of internal mechanism of UC has not been reported. Objectives: Clinical and animal experiments from two different aspects of different neuropeptides expression in UC and its significance, and research from the perspective of traditional medicine diseases UC changes, thus guiding clinical treatment. Aconitum Lizhong Pills Discussion of the pharmacological effects of UC.Methods: 1. UC specimens from the patient and in-patient colonoscopy patients, simple select the control group of patients with intestinal polyps, by using immunohistochemistry method at three neuropeptide expression between the two.2. 43 cases of UC patients with traditional Chinese and western medicine dialectical type, and compare the real symptoms and deficiency symptoms.3. SD of 60 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group ; model group ; SASP group ; Aconitum Lizhong Pills group with high dose; Aconitum Lizhong Pills group with middle dose and Aconitum Lizhong Pills group with low dose. modelling acetic acid enema in rats with colitis model, modelling with senna enema deficiency model, corresponding to the above-mentioned drugs administered after the intervention of the rats were sacrificed.Evaluation of histology score, Aconitum Lizhong Pills UC rats on body weight, stool forming time; using immunohistochemical detection methods on the colon of the expression of VIP and SP; observed before and after treatment the changes in neuropeptide. ResuIts: 1. Immunohistochemical staining showed that: The average optical density of VIP, SS (0.281±0.029,0.151±0.045) are lower than the control (0.301±0.028, 0.215±0.039), the average optical density of SP ( 0.311±0.035) is higher than the control group (0. 262±0.017), and the differences are significant (p <0.05). VIP, SP and SS in diarrhea> 4 times / day (0.269±0.018, 0.324±0.031,0.118±0.025) with the control group (0.301±0.028,0.262±0.017, 0.215±0.039) compared with significance (p <0.05 ), and diarrhea <4 times / day (0.285±0.020,0.303±0.029, 0.199±0.036) compared with the control group had no statistical meaning.2. 43 cases of UC colonic mucosa VIP, SP and SS in the deficiency (0.293±0.028, 0.307±0.030,0.185±0.036) and positive (0.270±0.027, 0.332±0.034, 0.137±0.027) there is statistical significance between the comparison ( p <0.05).3. The insufficiency of the spleen rats, the VIP of high-dose and middle-dose (0.437±0.067,0.402±0.059) is higher than the model group (0.292±0.033) (p <0.05); and the SP (0.275±0.036,0.293±0.041) of high-dose and middle-dose is lower than the model group (0.427±0.039) (p <0.05) when the rats treatment by Aconitum Lizhong Pills. Conclusions: 1. VIP, SP and SS in the pathogenesis of UC may play a role; and determination of their content as possible to determine the severity of UC target. At the same time, according to the treatment of diarrhea neuropeptide determine the efficacy of UC.2. In Chinese medicine, the main symptoms of UC are pus and blood stool, diarrhea and fatigue weakness. The spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome and dampness and heat in large intestine syndrome are the main types in the six the syndrome of UC.3. In this study we find that the Aconitum Lizhong Pills has a better therapeutic effect for UC. It controls the inflammation by regulating the neuroendocrine. |
