The Effect Of Huoxuehuatan Decoction To Serum Concentration Of Endothelin On The Patien With Tanyuzuzhi Type Of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the effect of Huoxuehuatan decoction (HXHTD) to ET on the patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris (Differential diagnosis to heart-blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine) .Methods: 60 patients were randomized to two groups.30 patients as treatment group, in which a basic western medicine combine with(HXHTD). 30 patients as control group, in which a basic western medicine combine with Dan Lou Pill (DLP) be given. The blood samples which to determine blood serum ET were drawn in the morning just before and after two weeks' treatment.Result:1.The serum concentration of ET in highest dangerous group UA patients is higher than the dangerous group and lower dangerous group. The dangerous group is higher than lower dangerous group (p<0.05)2.HXHTD can improve clinic symptom of UA patients in evidence. 3. The serum concentration of ET was lower after than before treatment in two groups.The ET (different value after and before treatment) in treatment group are higher than that of control group. (p< 0.05 )Conclusion:1. HXHTD can improve clinic symptom of UA patients in evidence.2. The serum concentration of ET can reflect the risk of arteries disease, and it can be significance in preventing and treating acute arteries event.3. HXHTDcan decrease the serum concentration of ET in evidence, and treat UA through controlling reversed blood endothelium function and restraining inflammation reaction .
