Objective:Screening active priciple of Acanthopanax Senticosus for treating Parkinson's disease,to proportional optimization.Methods:Using AB-8 macroporous resin fractionation by adsorption different ethyl alcohol elution spot,combining pharmacodynamics in vivo experiments screens effective parts of Acanthopanax Senticosus for treating Parkinson's disease,and column chromatography repeatedly,get the effective parts;using in vitro pharmacodynamics experiment and the L9(34)orthogonal design table,optimized allocated proportion its effective component.Results:Using the pharmacodynamics in vivo experiments screens effective parts of Acanthopanax Senticosus for treating Parkinson's disease,and the effective parts is 50%alcohol eluting composition. To 50%,using silica gel column chromatography repeatedly.The effective components in Acanthopanax Senticosus contains four components,namely,Acanthopanax glycoside B,Acanthopanax glycoside D,X and Y.The optimum ratio for:acanthopanax senticosus glycoside B:acanthopanax senticosus glycoside D:X:Y=1:2:8:8.Conclusion:This experiment proved the traditional Chinese medicine ingredient research only then with the pharmacology, pharmacodynamics to seep mutually,to relate closely,could manifest its multi-components,a multi-target unique superiority,was only then more meaningful.
