Objective:To observe the curative effect of the united traditional Chinese medicine therapy on the Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, and offer a new therapeutic idea for IIP .Methods: 210 cases of IIP were randomly divided into 7 groups: group G(Glucocorticoid) 30 cases, group JW(Jianzhiliugao+External treatments) 30 cases, group JWG(Jianzhi liquid +External treatments+Glucocorticoid) 30 cases, group JLG(Jianzhi liquid + Glucosidorum Tripterygll +Glucocorticoid) 30cases, group JL(Jianzhi liquid + Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum) 30cases, group JWL(Jianzhi liquid +External treatments+ Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum) 30 cases, group JWLG(Jianzhi liquid +External treatments+ Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum+Glucocorticoid) 30 cases. Observation of 3-month course of treatment, jianzhi liquid comprise NO.1 and NO.2. External treatments include emplastration on acupuncture point , Cupping and Auricular pressure. Glucocorticoid therapy group were administrated Prednisone Acetate Tablets. observation index consist of the clinical symptoms, imaging study, pulmonary function , blood gas analysis and other changes, then CRP scores were made respectively.Results:The CRP score degraded after medication in every group statistically (P <0.05), meaning that each group can improve clinical manifestations in patients with IIP. Among the seven groups, group JWLG was the best, Following are group JWL, JLG, JWG, JL, JW, G.Concusion: Group JWLG was better than others on whole effect,and all the combination groups were better than group G(Glucocorticoid), so we can conclude that united traditional Chinese medicine therapy on the ILP is feasible.
