Panax quinquefolium Linne is Araliaceae plant,it is the same attribute and different homogeneous with ginseng,it's dry root manufacture drugs,the crude drugs call Panax quinquefolium Linne.This article through the determination different ages,different time Panax quinquefolium Linne root and its rhizosphere soil massive dements N,P and K content change situation,will provide the theory basis for the Panax quinquefolium Linne in the actual field production which applies fertilizer.The experiment sample according to the development regulation of the plant oneself,from Panax quinquefolium Linne buds the time continuously gather to withers the time.The sample determination uses the soil and plant's conventional determination method.First,analyzed and compares different ages' Panax quinquefolium Linne's fresh weight and dry weight increased rule and the change characteristic; next,analyzed the Panax quinquefolium Linne rhizosphere soil's N,P,K content change situation in Panax quinquefolium Linne's different growth stage,and summarizes the available nitrogen,total nitrogen,available phosphor,total phosphor and the total potassium change rule;Finally,studies the different ages Panax quinquefolium Linne's each kilogram dry matter and the single Panax quinquefolium Linne's N,P,K content change characteristic and the rule in different growth stage.Simultaneously,simulate N,P,K content curve in Panax quinquefolium Linne's different growth stage,and made Panax quinquefolium Linne each kilogram dry matter and the single Panax quinquefolium Linne's return equation in different ages.We obtain the Panax quinquefolium Linne rhizosphere soil nutrient content change characteristic after analyzed.The result indicated that Panax quinquefolium Linne rhizosphere soil's total N,total P and total K content unceasingly changed in Panax quinquefolium Linne entire growth process,the content height order is K>P>N.Simultaneously,we also analyzed and summarized Panax quinquefolium Linne's different ages,different growth stage N,P,K content change rule.We found following several conclusions:1,Panax quinquefolium Linne's growth stage should attach importance to the low-year-fertilization.2,We should fertilize different ages Panax quinquefolium Linne from it's pre-emerging-unfolds the leaf time,N,P,K's proportion is 1:0.67:2.3,Panax quinquefolium Linne of second ages,third ages and fourth ages shoud be fertilized by proportion,it's proportion is 1:2~3:4~5.4,The single Panax quinquefolium Linne's fresh weight and dry weight's increasing speed continuously increased,and relaxation in the wither time.Description that delaying the harvest time is not obvious to the yield of Panax quinquefolium Linne.The minimum of each ages Panax quinquefolium Linne's single dry weight is found in the emerging-unfolds the leaf time,rather than the initial growth period of germinating.5,The N,P,K content(mg/each) changes characteristic of single Panax quinquefolium Linne reduces after to bud,rapidly to elevate after emerges-unfolds the leaf and it tend to relaxes in withering time.The content of N,P,K increased with the ages of Panax quinquefolium Linne,it's minimum value all appears in emerging-unfolds the leaf time.6,Different ages single Panax quinquefolium Linne's N,P,K content present the same regularity.It's return equation unification expression is:Y=-A×X~3+B×X~2-C×X+D7,The N,P,K content of different ages Panax quinquefolium Linne's each kilogram dry material increase with the ages increase to reduce in entire growth period.Each kilogram dry material's content of N,P,K is heighest in withering time,rapidly to drop after buds,and start gradually to elevate after achieved the lowest peak value.The content of N,P,K height order is two ages>three ages>four ages.8,The content(g/kg) of N,P,K rapidly drop after each ages Panax quinquefolium Linne buds,and achieve the second content peak value in withering time.9,The content of Panax quinquefolium Linne's rhizosphere soil's total N,full-P,K-wide's content does not change significantly,it's content order is K>P>N.
