| Objective:The experiment is investigating the effects of jiuweizhibao capsule on the times of the load swimming and the endurance of inhibition hypoxia of the male small mice,the effects on increasing weight and organ index and contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen and blood lactic acid and Blood ure nitrogen(BUN) metabolism,the effects on the activities of Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and Lipase(LPS) and Succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),the effects on the latent period of penile erection and preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and levator ani index of emasculated male mice,the effects on the capability of copulation and latent period of penile erection and preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and testicles index and penis index of normal male mice.Through these examinations,we want to observe the effects of jiuweizhibao capsule on anti-fatigue and reinforcing kidney to strengthen yang and the probability of the mechanism,to provide basic experiments for the research on exploiting new health care sample.Methods:We evaluate water,total ash,acid infusibility ash and inpurity of nine kinds of materials before the experiment,on the basis of 2005 pharmacopoeia.Nine kinds of materials accord with pharmacopoeia criterion.The experiment is divided into two parts,one is anti-fatigue and another is reinforcing the kidney to strengthen yang.The experiment of anti-fatigue:Jiuweizhibao capsule is continuously intragastric administrated for 21 days at different doses of low(LD,200mg.kg-1),mid(MD,400mg.kg-1),high(HD, 800mg.kg-1) on male Kuming(KM) mice.Thereafter the mice are measured the times of the load swimming and the endurance of inhibition hypoxia and organ index of small mice;The contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen are measured by anthrone method;The mice are sacrificed to measure blood lactic acid and BUN metabolism and the activities of LDH,LPS and SDH.The experiment of reinforcing the kidney to strengthen yang is also divided into two parts,one is strengthen yang and another is copulation.Emasculated male big mice are measured the latent period of penile erection and preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and levator ani index on the experiment of reinforcing the kidney.Normal male big mice are measured the capability of copulation and latent period of penile erection and preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and testis index and penis index on the experiments of copulation.Jiuweizhibao capsule were continuously intragastric administrated for 21 days at different doses of low(LD,0.7g.kg-1),middle(MD, 1.4g.kg-1),high(HD,2.8g.kg-1),control group(Water,CG) and positive control(zhonghuahanhuangqianggen capsule)(0.2g.kg-1,PC)on male big mice on the experiment of reinforcing the kidney to strengthen yang,there is an emasculated model group(Water,MG) on the experiment of strengthen yang.Results:(1) Jiuweizhibao capsule can prolong the times of the load swimming and the endurance of inhibition hypoxia to resist emergence of fatigues.They all have significant deviation compared LD,MD and HD to CG (P＜0.05).(2) Jiuweizhibao capsule can decline the production of blood lactic acid and the clearance rate of blood lactic acid.Blood lactic acid of all doses groups were lower than CG before swimming and after swimming and even after relaxing twenty minutes,having significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05);The area under curve of blood lactic acid of all doses groups declined obviously,having significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05).(3) Jiuweizhibao capsule can increase the contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen,all doses groups were significant higher than CG(P＜0.05).(4) Jiuweizhibao capsule can increase liver index,all doses groups were higher than CG.The liver index of LD group was significant higher than CG(P＜0.05);Heart index,Spleen index and Kidney index of all doses groups have no significant deviation(P＞0.05);Increasing weight of all doses group have no significant deviation compared to CG(P＞0.05).(5) Jiuweizhibao capsule can increase the contents of BUN and the activity of LDH,LPS and SDH.The contents of BUN of LD,MD group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05);The activity of LDH,LPS and SDH of HD group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05),The activity of LPS and SDH of LD,MD group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05).(6) Jiuweizhibao capsule can shorten latent period of penile erection and increase preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and levator ani index of emasculated male mice.①The latent period of penile erection of LD and MD group have significant deviation compared to MG(P＜0.05),HD group has extremely significant deviation to MG(P＜0.01);HD group has significant deviation to PC group(P＜0.05);②Preputial gland index of all doses group have significant deviation compared to MG(P＜0.05),having significant deviation compared PC group(P＜0.05);Seminal vesicle index of LD group has significant deviation compared to MG(P＜0.05),MD and HD group have extremely significant deviation(P＜0.01);Levator ani index of LD and MD group have significant deviation compared to MG(P＜0.05),HD group has extremely significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.01),having significant deviation compared to PC group(P＜0.05); Seminal vesicle index and Levator ani index of PC group have significant deviation compared to MG (P＜0.05).(7) Jiuweizhibao capsule can increase the capability of copulation and preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and testis index and penis index of male mice and can shorten latent period of penile erection.①Latent period of catch of all doses group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05);Latent period of ejaculation,time of catch,time of ejaculation of LD group have significant deviation compared to CG (P＜0.05),time of ejaculation of HD group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05);Latent period of catch,;Latent period of ejaculation,time of catch,time of ejaculation of PC group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05);②The latent period of penile erection of all doses group have significant deviation compared to MG(P＜0.05),LD,HD group have significant deviation compared to PC group(P＜0.05);The latent period of penile erection of PC group have significant deviation compared to MG(P＜0.05);③Preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and penis index of LD and MD group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05),HD group has extremely significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.01);Testis index of MD and HD group have extremely significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.01),LD group has significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05);Seminal vesicle index and penis index and testis index of PC group have significant deviation compared to CG(P＜0.05),Preputial gland index of PC group have no significant deviation compared to CG(P＞0.05).Conclusion:(1) Jiuweizhibao capsule has the function of anti-fatigue,through prolonging the times of the load swimming and the endurance of inhibition hypoxia increaseing heart index and liver index and glycogen store declining the content of BUN and production of blood lactic acid and increaseing the clearance rate of blood lactic acid and the activity of LDH and LPS and SDH.(2) Jiuweizhibao capsule has the function of reinforcing the kidney to strengthen yang,through shortening latent period of penile erection,increasing preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index and levator ani index of emasculated male mice,increaseing the capability of copulation and preputial gland index and seminal vesicle index testicles index and penis index and shortening latent period of penile erection of normal male mice.We can come to a conclusion that jiuweizhibao capsule,as a new kind of health care sample,has the function of anti-fatigue and reinforcing the kidney to strengthen yang.
