Objective:The thesis aims at observing and summing up the deficiency of the kidney-yang syndrome(DKYS,will name it for short as following) patients' who' s treated peritoneal dialysis(PD) the regularities of distribution under different peritoneal transport status, providing clinic evidence whether there' s any relations between high peritoneal transport state and the DKYS,and in expectation searching objective evidence for traditional Chinese medicine' s preventive treatment on peritoneal high transport.Methods:1.Inquiry the PD patients of PD center of nephritic internal medicine of WuHan Integrated TeN & Western Medicine Hospital from June,2007 to January,2009.62 qualified cases were involved by inclusion criteria, manipulated by trained staff.2.The TCM syndrome differentiation criteria refers to the book《The Clinical Research Guidance Principle for New Medicine of Chinese Medical Materials》,Edition 2002,published by Chinese Medicine & Science Publishing Company, and consulted experts advices as well, then designed the Questionnaire of PD Patients' DKYS.3.TCM syndrome differentiation was accomplished by TCM General Medical Practitioners from PD center, who pursued the TCM syndrome differentiation criteria strictly, and induced TCM DKYS score as well.4.All the patients carried out the PET in time, figure out one by one the dialysate/plasma ratio of creatinine(D/Pcr) and the dialysate/initial dialysate ratio of glucose(D/D0) under 0 hour,2 hour,4 hour and, meanwhile were assigned into different groups according to their values.5.Analyze different DKYS score of D/Pcr and D/D0.6.Observed the relativity between TCM DKYS and dialysis years, nutrition, sufficiency dialysis,Ca & P metabolization and Residual RenalFunction(RRF) etc,the relativebiochemistry index.7.Datas will be figured as mean±standard deviation(x±s), linear relationship of two values introduce correlation, measurement datas use t-test,P<0.05 shows statistical significance and, using SPSS 11.5 to deal with all the values.Results:1.62 cases' DKYS score distribution is:9 cases ranged from score 6 to 14(14.52%),34 cases ranged from score 15 to 23(54.84%),and 19 cases ranged from score 24 to 33(30.65%). The average DKYS score of this 62 cases is score 20.4±5.8.2.6 cases are High transport of the total 62 cases, the proportion is 9.68%,33 cases are over high average transport, sharing 53.22%,22 are under low average transport, occupying 35.48%,1 case is low transport, made up 1.61%.3.The DKYS score of group D/Pcr≥0.65 is markedly higher than groupD/Pcr<0.65,the two above have remarkable statistical significance(P<0.01);there' snotablepositive correlation between DKYS score and D/Pcr(P<0.01).4.The DKYS score of group D/D0>0.38 is obviously lower than group D/D0≤0.38,the two above have remarkable statistical significance(P<0.01);there' s notable negative correlation between DKYS score and D/D0(P<0.01).5.The DKYS score is evidently negative correlation with serum albumin(P<0.01)6.There is no correlation between the DKYS score and PD age, hemoglobin, residual renal function, sufficiency dialysis, serum calcium, parathyroid hormone(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.PD patients' DKYS score is highly positive correlation with D/Pcr,negative correlation with D/D0,which means DKYS can be heavier whenever the peritoneal transport function D/Pcr score getting higher.2.PD patients' DKYS can be heavier whenever the serum albumin getting lower, however,it doesn't respond to the changes of serum albumin.3.No matter how long the PD patients' have taken the dialysis, there' snovisible correlation with PD patients' DKYN level.4.There' snoapparently correlation between PD patients' DKYS level and residual renal function, the reason may because sample size were too small and the typeⅡerror were increased.5.PD patients' DKYS does not vary with solute clearance.6.PD patients' DKYS degree has no palpable correlation with serum calcium& Phosphorus metabolization change.
