Objective To investigate the relationship between development pulmonary hypertension (PH) and TNF-α,TFG-β1 in the congenital heart disease(CHD) and PH patients. Methods Serum of vain TNF-α,TFG-β1 concentration of CHD was measured by using ELISE assy in different pulmonary hypertension and time(among the non- PH group and mild, moderate and servere PH groups every 12).Result There were significant chang in serum levels of TNF-α,TFG-β1 in 6 different times at the same time PH no change was found difference in all different time in the non-PH group(p>0.05),in the mild and moderate PH groups, there were significant difference between pre and postoperatative levels of TNF-α,and preoperative is higher than the postoperative, especially, there is a noteable change in the postoperative 7 day(p<0.05),in the moderate and servere PH groups, there is marked fall between pre and postoperative levels of TFG-β1(p<0.05),especically in the postoperative 7 day is more notable change than preoperative 1day(P<0.01).meanwhile,in the different time between pre and postoperative the defect was repaired that the patients would well little by little, there is more obviously lower in the different time between pre and postoperative, particully,in the moderate and servere PH groups, but there is not obviously change in the non- ph patient. Conclusion TNF-α,TFG-β1 in the left to right flow CHD patient gradually rise.accompany PH raised little by little, the preoperative is higher than the postoperative.moreover, gradully decline with the patient healthy the elvation of TNF -α,TFG-β1 has a great effect on the shaping and development of PH,and check two factors concentration may estimate the PH level of the CHD,operation standard and prognosis.
