Objective:To understand relevance of hepatitis B patients with end-stage liver disease the rate of active CMV infection;research activities of CMV infection and HBV-DNA and leukocyte relations; To expore CMV-IgM antibody diagnosis of active CMV infection in the significance of clinical activity for CMV infection clinics reference. Methods:To test the levels of 100 cases of hepatitis B related end-stage liver disease(31 cases of liver cancer,34 cases of liver cirrhosis,35 cases of chronic severe hepatitis) patients on admission CMV-pp65,HBV-DNA and white blood cells. To detected CMV-lgM,lgG antibodies with 50 cases of hepatitis B-related of end-stage liver disease in patients.Using one-way ANOVA and chi-square test for statistical analysis.Results:1,100 cases of hepatitis B-related end-stage liver disease in patients with CMV-pp65 antigenemia positive in 47 cases,of which 18 cases of liver cancer group, 15 cases of liver cirrhosis group,14 cases of chronic severe hepatitis group(no difference among the 3 groups,p>0.05).2,There are 26 cases of HBV-DNA positive in 47 cases of CMV-pp65 antigenemia-positive group and 31 cases of HBV-DNA positive in 53 cases of CMV-pp65 antigenemia-negative group(no difference between 2 groups,p>0.05).3,100 cases of hepatitis B-related end-stage liver disease in patients with an average of leukocyte 5.69±3.53×10~9/1,47 cases of CMV-pp65 antigenemia-positive group average 4.57±2.07×10~9/1,53 cases of CMV-pp65 antigenemia-negative group average 6.69±3.84×10~9/1(difference between 2 groups,p<0.05).4,the detection of 50 cases of hepatitis B related end-stage liver disease in patients with CMV-lgG antibodies were all positive,CMV-lgM antibodies were all negative. Conclusion:Hepatitis B patients with end-stage liver disease are prone to active CMV infection,The infectious rate of liver cancer and cirrhosis and chronic severe hepatitis is similar;active CMV infection was related with the level of leukocyte and was no correlation with HBV-DNA level;CMV-lgM antibodies can not be used as hepatitis B related end-stage liver disease with active CMV infection in the early diagnosis of indicators in patients.
