Analasis Anamorphotic Coronary Artery Anatomy Of 73 Transposition Of The Great Arteries

Object Analasis of anamorphotic coronary arterial anatomy in 73 patients who were operated arterial switch operation,from the point of clinical applied view to approach its classification and delineation.Method Between January 2001 and December 2008,38 patients with complete transposition of the great arteries with ventricular septal defact(TGA/VSD) and 35 patients with complete transposition of the great arteries with intact ventricular septum (TGA/IVS) were repaired by arterial switch operation.On the basis of operation findings of coronary arterial anatomy,we used Leiden classification criteria.Reference Marie-Lannelongue hospital image model by Planch to drawn the picture.Result The anamorphotic coronary arterial anatomy was 17 case in total cases, with a ratio of 23%,among them 10 cases in TGA/VSD group and 7 cases in TGA/IVS group.According to classified standard them can be divided into 9 groups,12 sorts of delineations.Based on Leiden classified standard,7 cases were not precisely classified or delineated.Conclusion Transposition of the great arteries patients have high incidence of anamorphotic coronary artery,classification with Leiden classified standard can not be precisely classifed or delineated.For convenience clinical application,anamorphotic coronary arterial anatomy had better adopt Leiden classification method,and give complemental delineation.
