Objective To investigae the pathogenesis ,clinical manifestations, imageology features,differential diagnosis and treatment,prognosis of Reversible posterior encephalopathy symdrome (RPES).Methods We collected the clinical data of four cases of RPES to analyze their clinical manifestations ,imageology features, treatment,prognosis and review the reference.Results The three patients were eclampsia patients, one was uremia patient, had headache ,blurred vision,seizures,conscious disturbance and head MRI,CT demonstrating multiple subcortical white edema lesions located in bilateral parieto-occipital.To pay attention to discriminate RPES and CVT. The clinical manifestations and imaging lesions were improved soon after treatment of controlling blood pressure,dehydration and anti-epileptic therapy.Conclusions Analysis of the pathogenesis ,clinical manifestations of RPES conduce to clinical diagnosis and helping to the treaded.
