Objective: Set up Hyperlipidemia severe acute pancreatitis rats model to confirm the role of intestinal infection may play in Hyperlipemia SAP by observing the endotoxin levels and bacterial translocation with or without Hyperlipidemia SAP.Methods: 40 Male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: Normal group,Hyperlipidemia group,SAP group,Hyperlipemia SAP group. We used 4 weeks'high-fat diet to establish rats model of hyperlipidemia and used converse cholangiopancreatography injecting 3.5% sodium taurocholate to establish rats model of SAP.The normal group and Hyperlipidemia group was injected with normal saline. The SAP rats model were opened the abdomen under anesthesia 24 hours after model were made. Observ -ing the pathological changes of pancreatic tissue.Using fully automatic clinical biochemical analyzer to measure serum diastase(AMS)and triglyceride (TG).Using tachypleus amebocyte lysate's method to detect endotoxin levels in rats'portal vein, taking specimens (portal vein, ascites, and mesenteric lymph nodes, the distal end of ileocecal junction) to culture bacteria in the LRH-250A biochemical incubator, then taking different colonies of bacteria for stain inspection. The sources of bacteria were determined according to the results of oxidase reaction; Bacteria were identified by the API NH and 20NE identification, The rate of bacterial translocation were calculated at the same time. Results: There are significant pathological change such as edema, infiltration of inflammatory cell, hemorrhage and necrosis in pancreatic tissue of SAP Group and HSAP group. Their values were significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.05), The pancreatic tissue necrosis of HSAP group were more significantly serious than that of the SAP group(P <0.05). The value of serum AMS of the SAP group and HSAP group were significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.05), The values of serum TG of the HL group were significantly higher than those of the normal group (P <0.05), The values of serum TG of the HSAP group were higher than those of the SAP group (P <0.05); The value of serum AMS,blood endotoxin levels and bacterial translocation of the SAP group were significantly higher than the normal group. The value of serum AMS of the HSAP group were significantly lower than SAP group ( P <0.05); Otherwise, the blood endotoxin levels and bacterial translocation of the HSAP group were higher than those of the SAP group (P <0.05); The type of translocated bacteria in the SAP group and HSAP group were the same with those of intestine. Conclusion: With or without hyperlipidemia SAP rats took place intestinal bacterial translocation and endotoxemia early; The SAP group with hyperlipidemia was more prone to take place bacterial translocation and endotoxemia than SAP group, Intestinal infection may be one of the causes that exacerbate SAP.
