The New Cognition Of MS In Diagnosis And Therapy

The demyelinating disease of the central nervous system (CNS) is frequent in nervous system disease. The cause of the disease is complicated, the clinical manifestation is multiplicity. So it's difficult and limited in diagnosis and therapy of the demyelinating disease of the CNS. Multiple sclerosis(MS) is the most typical disease. In recent years, there were rapidly development and improvement in the areas of magnetic resonance image(MRI), neuroimmunology, electrophysiology molecular biology and neuropathology, we have had deepgoing recognition about the demyelinating disease, and it's helpful for the diagnosis and therapy of MS. This article is a review about the new cognition of MS in diagnosis and therapy.
