The theory of"man,as a microcosm,is connected with the macrocosm"is about the relation between the human being and nature of《Huangdi neijing》.It is on of the core of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , penetrated all system of (TCM). It gave a complete and systematic exposition to the physiology and pathology of the human body ,and guided the thinking that the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of diseases.This topic will on the basis of the lung being in charge of dispersion wei-energy, and wei-energy has defense function. We discuss the influence of seasonal variation on the correlated immune material of lung,in order to provide basic theory to modernized research and clinical treatment of TCM.Objective: This topic is directed by the theory of"man,as a microcosm,is connected with the macrocosm". We select three time points Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox which has the representation specially.We discuss the immunology foundation that the season infect in the respiratory tract infections through analysis the change of Cytokine and Immunglobulin under physiology condition, for provides basic theory to seasonal correlation disease.And to offer basis to the modern research of the theory of"man,as a microcosm,is connected with the macrocosm".Methods: The subjects are undergraduate student who come from HeBei Traditional Medical University.At 4:00-5:00pm of Spring Equinox ,Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox ,get their saliva and venous blood. SD male rats, 180-200g weight,we got it from the laboratory animal center of HeBei Medical University fourteen days before Spring Equinox ,Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox. All rats will receive natural light, ate and drank freely and will be controlled under certain room temperature. Then on 6:00pm of the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox,we shoul kill all the rats and then draw materials. Afterwards examines cytokine in blood serum of SD male rat and the health volunteerand immunoglobulin in saliva of the health volunteer by immunifaction, at last observes and analysis the change of various targets.Results:1 The health volunteer's contents of IL-1 is higher in Summer Solstice,then in Autumnal Equinox,while lower in Spring Equinox. There is significant difference in the content of IL-1 between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice(P <0.05).There is no statistical significance between Spring Equinox and Autumnal Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox.2 The health volunteer's contents of IL-2 is higher in Summer Solstice,then in Autumnal Equinox,while lower in Spring Equinox. There is significant difference in the content of IL-2 between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice(P<0.05), Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox(P<0.05). There is no statistical significance between Spring Equinox and Autumnal Equinox.3 The health volunteer's contents of IL-6 is higher in Autumnal Equinox,then in Summer Solstice,while lower in Spring Equinox. There is no statistical significance between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstic ,Spring Equinox and Autumnal Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox.4 The health volunteer's contents of IFN-γis higher in Summer Solstice,then in Autumnal Equinox,while lower in Spring Equinox. There is significant difference in the content of IFN-γbetween Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice(P<0.01), Spring Equinox and Autumnal Equinox (P<0.05). There is no statistical significance between Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox .5 The health volunteer's contents of sIgA is higher in Summer Solstice,then in Autumnal Equinox,while lower in Spring Equinox. There is no statistical significance between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstic ,Spring Equinox and Autumnal Equinox, Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox.6 The SD male rat's contents of IL-1 is higher in Spring Equinox,the contents is lower in Summer Solstice and Autumnal Equinox. There is no statistical significance between Spring Equinox and Autumnal Equinox.Conclusions:1 The results of health volunteer indicated that the basic tendency of immunity index interrelated with lung was highest in summer,lowest in spring and middle in fall,all of which confirmed the science of suitability regulation theory of TCM"man,as a microcosm,is connected with the macrocosm". 2 The results of our experiment indicated that immunity index interrelated with lung of human being was higher in summer and fall,lowest in spring,which was coincidence with the regularity of that the morbidity of respiratory diseases clinically was higher in spring and winter and lower in summer and fall.All of which provided the experimental base to reveal the immunology mechanism of the seasonality morbidity of respiratory diseases,meanwhile,which had the important meaning of guidance to the clinical prevention, diagnosis and therapy of respiratory diseases.3 The immunity index interrelated with lung of health volunteer and SD rats changed with the seasonal variation,which could be caused by the distinction of species differences and living environment.Which indicated us that the research would not simply animal forecast hunman being,should be multi-analysis.4 The effect of the season spring,summer and fall to the immunity index interrelated with lung was detected in our experiment,and we explored the changing regulation of the effect of seasonal variation to the immunity index interrelated with lung,we would lucubrate the information of four seasonal variation and whole tendency yearly.
