Cigarette Flavor spices component analysis chain as the cigarette companies to create one of the core technology,strong technical autonomy and confidentiality.Practice,widely used in the chemical fingerprint of the component analysis of flavors and fragrances,but the use of modern methods and equipment in conjunction with each other (such as GC-MS)spectra obtained background information often interference,non-chromatographic separation complete(overlapping peaks),baseline drift and other phenomena,to the flavors and fragrances of the qualitative analysis of components difficult.Traditional cigarette flavors and fragrances used to distinguish multiple solutions for a single analysis of flavors and fragrances,the lack of a unified platform support,leading to management,reuse and integration of resources in a range of flavors and fragrances difficulties. Based on the analysis of application requirements on the factory, chemical informatics,modern analytical science,XML semantic technology,service-oriented component-oriented development of thinking,combined with chemometrics to distinguish the theory of multiple cigarette flavor spices fingerprint research,put forward a cigarette flavor spice model of multi-resolution system and structure of the model framework to better meet the smoke flavors and fragrances used to distinguish the application of multi-fingerprint;and model-based framework for the development of cigarette flavors and fragrances used to distinguish multiple fingerprint system software,to achieve the cigarette spices spices mass fingerprint data loading,data cut,data smoothing,background deduction,such as pre-processing,and multi-resolution analysis algorithm(such as heuristic evolving latent projections,sub-window factor analysis,etc.),fingerprint information retrieval,the outcome of the process of printing statements,the final completion of the cigarette flavor component of qualitative analysis of spices.In this paper,a detailed description of the semantic XML, visualization,multi-component technology in the design and implementation of systems to distinguish the application,the system has the following characteristics:First,XML-based semantic technology organizations to build semantic resources fingerprint on the fingerprint data and multi-resolution algorithm data and the semantic relation properties,satisfying the mass fingerprint data and multi-resolution algorithm for data,whether in stand-alone storage or distributed environment,reading,retrieval,tracking,and maintenance;Second, component-based services technology,according to user-specific needs of multi-resolution,adaptive to multi-resolution algorithms,data pre-processing algorithm for fingerprint and other loose components assembled into an appropriate atomic-resolution multi-application services;Third,technology-based 2D/3D visualization and display buffer technology Massive data visualization display.System through the cigarette factory in Yunnan Honghe demonstrated the practical application of this system has a better collaborative,reusable,and scalability.
