Study On The Reduction Of Dogs Fracture And Application Of Medicine On Dogs Fracture Healing

With the rapid expansion of city scale and the acceleration of city modernization, more and more city dwellers have been kept pets. There could be increasing dogs fracture in veterinary medicine field。Most of veterinarians have laid emphasis on the reduction of fracture and anti-infection treatment in our country. However, merely the reduction of fracture and anti-infection treatment cannot achieve acceptable treatment effect, the more suitable reduction methods and treatment proposals for fracture healing will have been studied。In this study, we proceeded precise assessment to the injury of fracture degree and fracture shift condition of sixteen fractured dogs. According to the fracture types, various kinds of methods were applied. After that, the more suitable reduction methods and treatment proposals for fracture healing will have been studied according to monitor, analyze and comparatively research the reduction of fracture and the process of fracture healing。The study results are following:Sixteen cases of fractured dogs were received, among them eight cases were treated by conventional internal fixation and the other eight cases by improved internal fixation. Then we observed the clinical and radiological manifestations at different stages to find suitable fixation methods. The results demonstrated that 75% dogs fracture reached to three levels healing standard, 25%dogs to four levels in experience group, in control group only 12.5% to three levels,67.5% to two levels,25% to one levels. Moreover ,the experimental group was superior to the control group in organization of hematoma and bony collus formation and calcium salts deposition and bone trabecula restructive moulding.The study proved that the improved internal fixation was better than the conventional one in the same ranking and fracture healing regions. Sixteen cases of fractured dogs were studied, among them eight cases were treated by application of medicine on dogs fracture healing and the other eight cases healing on their own. The clinical signs and the local changes of bone fracture were mainly investigated in the duration of test. Simultaneously the changing trend of blood serum calcium and serum phosphorum, serum ALP and radiological manifestations were regarded, which proved that the Ca,P and ALP average levels of experimental groups were superior to the control groups , in which the serum Ca of experimental groups was at their peak in two week, but needing three week in control groups. The conclusion can be deduced that the application of medicine on dogs fracture healing has the action of improving Ca,P and ALP average levels. It was helpful to split blood organophosphate into phosphate ion, which was combined with calcium ion to calcium phosphate in osseous tissue. Maintaining the higher calcium-phosphate levels were favorable for the calcium salt depositing, poroma growing, calcification and reconstruction, the clinical healing time of fracture could be shortened about 1 week.
