Tilia amurensis which belongs to Tiliaceae and Tilia is one kind of deciduous leaf trees and widely used with high economic value.It is the good source of honey and medicine,and it is the national protective plant of gradeâ…¡.Tilia amurensis inflorescence is effective in relieving superficies by cooling,cold,fever,nephropyelitis,stomatitis and laryngitis;it is widely used to sweat,discharge urine,diminish inflammation,relieve pain,deal with convulsion,and etc.The experiment is conducted for the effectiveness of Tilia amurensis inflorescence in terms of anti-inflammation,analgesia and anti-bacteria.Experimental animal modeling of swelling mice's ears by injecting Dimethylbenzene is used to test the effectiveness and shows that dose of 4.8g/kg 70%ethanol extractive of Tilia amurensis inflorescence is effective in antiinflammation especially at early stages;the results show that 9.6g/kg 70%ethanol extractive of Tilia amurensis inflorescence is effective in restraining periphery pain.Three kinds of grampositive bacteria,two kinds of gram-negative bacteria and one kind of fungi are used to test the effectiveness of anti-bacteria and the results indicate that 70%ethanol extractive of Tilia amurensis inflorescence(500mg/mL) is effective in restraining the above bacteria.Therefore it is validated that Tilia amurensis inflorescence is effective in anti- inflammation,analgesia and anti-bacteria.Further experiments confirmed the effective position of Tilia amurensis inflorescence in terms of anti- inflammation,analgesia and anti-bacteria.The Chronic inflammation modeling-slip and granulation modeling which is additional to anti- inflammation effectiveness is utilized to research on proliferation at later stages and the correspondent results show that butyl alcohol extract of 70%ethanol extractive is effective.The results of hot plate modeling which is additional to analgesia effectiveness show that Tilia amurensis inflorescence is not effective in relieving pain of nervus centralis,but effective in relieving periphery pain by using ethyl acetate extract of 70%ethanol extractive(100mg/mL).And it is also effective in restraining gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria.The results show that the effective position of anti-bacteria is ethyl acetate extract of 70%ethanol extractive.By researching on the effectiveness of anti-inflammation,analgesia and anti-bacteria of Tilia amurensis inflorescence and confirming the correspondent position,it is verified that Tilia amurensis inflorescence is good at anti-inflammation as well as anti-bacteria,to some degree is effective in analgesia and the effective position is located,which is a foundation for researching on Tilia amurensis inflorescence,provides the theoretical foundation for developing and exploring Tilia amurensis inflorescence and is significant in developing it comprehensively.
