Objective: By detecting kinectin antibody in the patient's serum of tumors of nervous system, HCC and health adult, the correlation between kinectin and tumors of nervous system was analyzed.Methods: To introduce the recombinant vector including kinectin gene segment into E.coli DH5α, induce the expression of kinectin protein, collect the protein-containing supernatant, use the affinity chromatography column to separate and purify proteins, in the end the MBP-kinectin was obtained. Kinectin antibody of the patient's serum of tumors of nervous system, HCC and some health adult were detected by ELISA. The result was analyzed statistically.Result: The detection rate of 40 health adults is 5%. Kinectin antibody were detected in the cases of tumors of nervous system. In glioma, meningioma and pituitary tumor, the detection rate is respectively 43%, 5%, and 3%, which is lower than the detection rate of HCC(48%). There are differences between the glioma, meningioma and pituitary tumor. Detection rate of kinectin antibody doesn't change With patients'sex, patients'age, tumor's size, classification or grade. Conclusion: Glioma of nervous system has some correlation with kinectin. Detection rate of kinectin antibody isn't related to patients'sex, patients'age, tumor's size, classification or grade.
