Corbrin Capsule And Uremic Clearance Granule On The Effects Of VEGF Activity In Peritoneal Dialysis Patients In Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective:To investigate the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) activity in patients with peritoneal dialysis after taking Corbrin capsule or Uremic Clearance Granule through clinical randomized controlled trials.Methods:The subjects were 60 patients of the First affiliated hospital of GuangXi Medical University,treated with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) for more than one month, they were divided into 3 groups according to the random table, Corbrin capsule group,Uremic Clearance Granule group and control group, testing the VEGF activity of serum and Peritoneal dialysis fluid before and after treatment for one month by ELASE method.Results:1.After taking the Corbrin capsule and Uremic Clearance Granule,the VEGF activity of serum and Peritoneal dialysis fluid were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01); 2.After treatment, the serum CRP levels of Corbrin capsule group and Uremic Clearance Granule group were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); 3 After treatment,compared the VEGF activity of serum and Peritoneal dialysis fluid, the levels of Corbrin capsule group and Uremic Clearance Granule group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); 4 Compared the VEGF levels of serum and Peritoneal dialysis fluid after treatment ,there was no significant difference between Corbrin capsule group and Uremic Clearance Granule group (p> 0.05). Conclusion:1 Corbrin capsule and Uremic Clearance Granule are able to reduce the VEGF activity in serum and Peritoneal dialysis fluid of peritoneal dialysis patients; 2 Taking the Corbrin capsule and Uremic Clearance Granule for one month can reduce serum CRP levels, thereby improve the micro-inflammatory state.
