Objective To compare radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer and the clinical effect of laparotomy. Methods through electronic search and hand-search the full collection on radiofrequency catheter ablation and surgical resection of liver cancer-control study, and recommended by Cochrane Collaboration Meta analysis methods. The fixed-effect model,in line with the inclusion criteria for the eight experiments carried out a total of 1069 cases of patients with Meta Analysis. Result The overall results show that the RF group the survival rate after three years compared with surgery there is significant difference between groups[RR 1.23,95%CI(1.01,1.51) P=0.04],and the past five years show that the RF group The three-year survival rate after surgery compared with no significant difference between the difference[RR 1.04,95%CI(0.81,1.33) P=0.77].Conclusion the present study indicate that RF ablation technology with improvements in the treatment of liver cancer in the course of the application of radiofrequency catheter ablation in patients after 3 years the relative risk of death with essentially the same surgical resection.
