Objective:The survival condition observation in micro-environment of exogenous rabbit MSCs in vivo rabbit IVD.Method:(1) After vitro gene transfection by the red fluorescent marker of rabbit MSCs,24 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were selected, and the cells were injected into rabbits IVD by micro-injection method when the MSCs being the best activity status.(2)After 1 day,7 days,14 days,30 days,60 days, remove the IVD then do pathology sections, observed the survival condition of exogenous MSCs under fluorescence microscope, and use red cells the disappearance of fluorescent protein to determine whether or not the survival of cells.Count the number of fluoresced cells, and compared to determine changes in trends in the number of cells. Results:The red fluorescence cells in IDV can be observed during all periods after MSCs injection, which the fluorescence in the 14th day is weaker than the 1st and 7th day and is remarkable and more scattered in the 60th day.The number of fluorescence cells is increased compared both the 30th day(p=0.021) and the 60th day(p=0.000) with the 1st day. Conclusion:Exogenous MSCs can be survival in vivo rabbit IVD at the 60th day.
