| Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value and limit of 64-slice spiral CT negative cholangiopancreagraphy and MR cholangiopancreagraphy(MRCP) in patients suspected with biliary obstruction. To study the value of 64-slice spiral CT negative cholangiopancreatography(N-CTCP) to diagnose the obstruction of bile duct.Methods:Thirty-Two patients suspected with biliary obstruction were collected. All patients were studied with N-CTCP and MRCP.All cases had pathology by operation or ERCP.With surgical and pathologic results were analyzed.Statistical analysis was executed by SPSS 13.0 software. Two diagnostic methods compared using ROC curve.Result:The successful rate of N-CTCP and M RCP was 100%.The locating accuracy for N-CTCP and MRCP was 100%.The diagnostic accuracy of N-CTCP and MRCP,the sensitivity were 90%and 95.0%,the specificity were 91.7%and 91.7%respectively.The A_Z of the area under the ROC curve of 64-slice spiral CT negative cholangiopancreatography and MRCP for the two observers was 0.973 and 0.954,respectively,it was more than 0.9,which showed that the value of diagnosing the suspected obstructive biliary diseases by N-CTCP and MRCP were all good.Conclusion:1.64-slice spiral CT negative cholangiopancreagraphy and MR cholangiopancreagraphy(MRCP) are all rapid, noninvasive, feasible and convenient diagnostic tool.2.64-slice spiral CT negative cholangiopancreagraphy is similar to MRCP on localizing diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis of patients with biliary obstruction. They have proved to be effective role in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction.3.64-slice spiral CT Negative cholangiopancreatography may be a routine choice in diagnosing the suspected obstructive biliary diseases. |
