Objective:To investigate the effect of olmesatan and amlodipine in patients with essential hypertention with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 120 cases of patients with hypertention with carotid atherosclerosis,according to a standard blood lipid or not divided into two groups:lipid target group 60 cases,lipid did not target group 60 cases,in the above two groups were randomly divided into treatment group,to give olmesartan 20-40mg/d;In the control group,to give amlodipine 5-10mg/d;Lipid did not target this group based on the use of atorvastatin 10-40mg/d.Four patients were taking 9 months in a row.In the before and after treatment 3,6,9 months,were measured in each group, the blood pressure,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),blood fat and the neck line Department of vascular ultrasound.Results(1)Lipid target group①In the treatment group,the control group at 3,6,9 months after treatment,the average systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),compared with the pre-treatment were declined significantly(p< 0.05);②In the treatment of the two groups three months after carotid-media thickness(IMT), plaque thickness(Tmax),the maximum length of the plaque(Lmax) before treatment,compared with no change,no significant(p>0.05);After the treatment of six and nine months,before treatment compared with carotid atherosclerosis in various indicators of reduced,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);③Inter-group comparison,3,6,9 months after treatment,the average systolic blood pressure decrease of the two groups,with an average decrease in diastolic blood pressure,hs-CRP reduce the rate of carotid atherosclerosis indicator of the rate of decrease over the same period group There was no significant difference between(p>0.05);(2)Lipid did not target group①In the treatment group,the control group at 3,6,9 months after treatment,the average systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the hs-CRP,compared with the pre-treatment are declining significantly(p<0.05);②In the two groups 3,6,9 months after treatment,IMT,Tmax,Lmax and treatment of sexually ago reduced significantly(p<0.05);③In the two groups 3,6,9 months after treatment,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) compared with pre-treatment to reduce sexual,high-density Lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were carried out and increased significantly(p<0.05);④Inter-group comparison,3,6,9 months after treatment,both the average systolic blood pressure drop,the average decrease in diastolic blood pressure,hs-CRP decreased rate of carotid atherosclerosis in various indicators of reduced rate,blood lipid changes in the value range of the same group There was no significant difference between the comparison(p>0.05);Conclusion Olmesartan and amlodipine and the step-down range of anti-atherosclerosis effects are quite.
