Object:The present study treated 8 depressive disorder patients to investigate the effectiveness and long-term effectiveness of"meta-cognition"psychological intervention technique on depressive disorder therapy.Methods:It used cognition and Behavior Therapy combined with the cultivation of meta-cognition abilities to intervene depressive disorder. To combine single case multiple-baseline design with clinical psychological intervention to record the changes of the depressive disorder patients to test the effectiveness and protracted nature of treatment efficacy by using Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD),SDS and SCL-90 Rating Scale and subjective sleep evaluation table as tools.Results:Through the observation of the change tendency of the 8 subjects' depressive mood, somatization, interpersonal relationship and subjective sleep disorder in each unit, the declined rate of the HAMD total score is more than 50%, the effective rate of the psychological intervention technique is 100%, and 4 of them have completely cured (the HAMD total score is less than or equal with 8 after treatment).Conclusion:This research proved that the"meta-cognition"psychological intervention technique is effective and the treatment effect is perfect on the depressive disorder therapy. It has a long-term sustainable effect and difficult to recur.
