The Clinical Observation Of Xiaojianzhongtang On Treating Malnutrition In Children (the Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:The purpose of the article is to observe the efficacy of xiaojianzhongtang on treating Malnutrition in children(The spleen deficiency syndrome) and discusses the Pathogenesis of Malnutrition in children and the prime principle of prevention and treatment.Method:Clinical research 70 cases with the spleen deficiency syndrome were chosen and grouped in to two groups.Each group was 35 cases.Clinical methods designed was adopted in random and parallel control through positive drug. The therapy group treated with Xiaojiangzhongtang,the control group treated with Qipiwan,.Before therapy,the elementary data of two groups were compared, such as age,sex,course,condition and etc.There were no statistic difference between two groups.After treatment,according to the treatment efficacy of disease,syndrome effects and clinical symptoms improved,two groups were given statistical analysis and evaluated the effectiveness of the medication.Result:From the result of clinical observation,children of treatment group obviously improved in appetite and food intake.Clinical symptoms were significantly improved or disappeared.Xiaojianzhongtang treatment of Malnutrition in children had better effect in improving clinical symptoms. It is better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3%,the control group was 82.8%.there were statistic difference between two groups.Conclusion:Xiaojianzhongtang was effective in treating Malnutrition in children with syndrome of the spleen deficiency.In this paper,we made useful explorations in theory and clinical research and enriched the Chinese medicine in treating Malnutrition in children.
