Prevention And Treatment Of Theory Liver And Kidney Homologous In Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:In this paper,we use the theory "liver and kidney homologous" as a guide,through the liver and kidney tonic treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis clinical study to examine the liver and kidney tonic on postmenopausal women with osteoporosis in patients with clinical symptoms,blood biochemical,bone mineral density changes in the impact,evaluation of the efficacy of this law.Method:In accordance with the prospective study,random control,we divided 60 patients randomly into treatment group and control group by 1:1.Before treatment two groups of patients in age,duration,severity of illness and other aspects,have no significant comparable difference(P＞0.05).Programs for control group:Caltrate D(calcium per tablet 600mg,vitamin D 125U.600mg/times,2 times a day,oral) and Allen sodium(10mg,day 1,non-lying,orally 30min before breakfast).Programs for treatment group: Bu-Gan-Shen-Fang(Xianlingpi 12g,Xianmao 12g,Gusuibu 30g,Roucongrong 10g, Shudihuang 20g,Danggui 10g,Chuanxiong 10g,Bajitian 10g,Niuxi 10g,Gouqizi 12g, Baishao 12g etc.) and Caltrate D and Allen sodium treatment.Treatment course:30 days for one period of treatment,the whole course inclued 3 periods.Observation points were signs and symptoms,serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and determination of changes in lumbar spine bone mineral density(BMD) changes.Results:Clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment compared to treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.3%,higher than 80%,the difference was significant(P＜0.01). The two groups before and after treatment of the bone metabolism and biochemical test results compared to inter-group comparison was not significant,show a considerable effect between the two groups.Two groups of patients before treatment compared BMD values no significant difference(P＞0.05).After three months treat the treatment group BMD was significantly higher than BMD(P＜0.05).In this study the treatment group in the control group based on self-prescription treatment of liver and kidney to be completed,clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis can significantly ease the pain of patients and steady increase in bone mineral density and,more importantly,improve patient the general condition and improve the quality of life of patients,liver and kidney reflected the homology theory in postmenopausal osteoporosis in clinical application.Conclusion:The "liver and kidney homologous" refers to liver and kidney although have differences in structure and function,but have the same origin,which closely related to physiological and pathological,can be used as "liver kidney Tong-Zhi" theory in treatment. Modern medical research let people recognised the theory "liver and kidney homologous" from objective of physiological functions,and made it for clinical use.Adhere to strong gluten with Zhuanggu,simultaneous liver and kidney,bones,liver and kidney Tongzhi, also improvement of yin and yang principle,which all show the important role the theory played in orthopedic disease prevention and treatment.Osteoporosis(Postmenopausal Osteoporosis) is a low bone mass that bone structure will be damaged,result in increasingly bone brittleness,this course related to body's endocrine system,immune system dysfunction and degradation,such as the imbalance between bone formation and bone resorption.With the advancing aging society,the incidence rate showe an upward trend year by year,and closely associated with serious complications,which will be a threat to the health of older women.Tonic liver and kidney,strengthen bones and tendons is a main treatment of bone diseases in clinic use.The "Bu-Gan-Shen-Fang"basede on theory "liver and kidney homologous",use the methods of tonic liver and kidney,strengthen bones and tendons, show an exact effect in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis in clinical,worth to spread.
