ET,TF And D-D Judgement Value To Severity Of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective: Through testing the blood plasma ET,TF and D-D,estimating their judgement value to severity of acute pancreatitis.Methods: To test and compare the blood plasma ET,TF and D-D concentration of 33 cases who were diagnosed acute pancreatitis(severe acute pancreatitis 14 cases,mild acute pancreatitis 19 cases)and 10 cases as health contro1 group.Results: Plasma ET,TF and D-D concentration of SAP patients who hospitalized within 24h had significant diference with MAP and CG(P<0.01);the TF and D-D concentration of MAP had not significant difference with CG(P>0.05), but the ET concentration of MAP had significant difference with CG(P<0.05) ; There were positive relations between ET and TF(r=0.617,P<0.01), ET and D-D(r=0.619,P<0.01), TF and D-D(r=0.635, P<0.01)in the AP patients.Conclusions: The plasma ET,TF and D-D concentration has judgement value to severity of acute pancreatitis...
